ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – On Monday, officials confirmed remains found in the Santa Fe ski basin were that of 29-year-old Laurence Longwell.
Longwell went missing in December. His car was later found in the parking lot of a nearby trail, but the search was called off when there was no sign of Longwell.
On Friday, A hiker discovered remains along with keys which were confirmed to belong to Longwell’s car.
Authorities were able to use dental records to identify the body.
There is not yet word on how he died.
