ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police say some leads are coming in, but still no arrests in the case of a homeless man set on fire.

The Albuquerque Police Department says the people inside a purple SUV from the scene are responsible.

A week and a half ago, surveillance video showed the vehicle driving up to a homeless man who was sleeping on a sidewalk near Highland High School. Seconds later, the video shows the man on fire and the driver taking off.

The victim suffered serious burns to most of his body and remains in the ICU.
