FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – A Farmington man has been arrested for a fit of road rage against police. Police say 28-year-old Joshua Head was attempting to hit the SUV he was pursuing. The SUV driver flagged down a community service officer.
The drivers stepped out of their cars and continued their argument on foot. That’s when head allegedly got back in his car and smashed the squad car before fleeing.
It didn’t take long for officers to place him under arrest. Head has been charged for aggravated assault and battery against a peace officer.
