DURANGO, Colo. (KRQE) – Two men believed to be involved in an early Monday shooting at the Iron Horse Inn in Durgano have been arrested.

Tyree Anthony Ogsbury-Jones, 23, and Aaron Christian Williams, 22, were booked into the Las Plata County Jail with no bond.

Police say they were dispatched to the inn around 3 a.m. Monday. Witnesses told police they saw two men wearing dark clothes and masks banging on one of the rooms and had rifles with them.

Witnesses said the men entered the room and shot two men multiple times. Both of the victims were taken to the hospital where one of them died during emergency surgery. The other victim, 53-year-old Brien Keith Moore, has been treated for his injuries and released.

The man who died, Moore, and Ogsbury-Jones were all roommates at the inn until about two weeks ago, according to police. They also worked together at a Shell gas station.

Police believe the shooting stemmed from a property dispute over marijuana plants.
