New Mexico State University football program’s historic bowl game is having a positive impact on the school.
The Aggies defeated Utah State 26 to 20 in the Arizona Bowl back in December.
According to the Las Cruces Sun News, New Mexico state’s appearance was worth an estimated net profit of $265,000.
The Aggies sold more than 5,900 tickets to the bowl game.
Another report shows NMSU earned a media value of $24 million based on how much media publicity the university got.
