New Mexico State Police say the suspicious package found in northeast Albuquerque has been rendered safe.
The package was found in the area of Ellison Street and Jefferson Street.
The roads in that area have been reopened.
The New Mexico Bomb Squad earlier conducted x-rays to determine the contents of the package.
