The Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is hosting a Veterans’ Resource Day Thursday, June 28.
Service members are invited to come out and take advantage of the many resources for veterans, that will all be available under one roof.
This is the first time the court has opened the event to veterans outside of its Community Veterans Court.
Those interested in coming out the event are reminded that cell phones, weapons, contraband and outside food or drink are not allowed inside of the courthouse. However, popcorn will be available for attendees.
Resource Day will kick off for C.V.C. participants at 1:00 p.m. in the court’s 3rd-floor rotunda with the Pledge of Allegiance followed by remarks from Judge Engel and Deputy Secretary Martinez.
The event will open to veterans outside of the program from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
