The National Senior Games is the largest multi-sport event in the world for senior athletes.
It has been held every two years since 1987 at host cities from coast to coast.
And this yea, Albuquerque came out on top, getting the opportunity to host the 2019 games.
Men and women 50 and over qualify at sanctioned state games and are qualified to participate.
Over 10,000 athletes will compete in 20 medal sports during the 2019 National Senior Games Presented by Humana.
