SFNF shuts down part of East Fork Trail for forest maintenance

News Briefs

Officials have shut down part of a trail in the Santa Fe National Forest.

Three miles of the East Fork Trailhead are closed as crews work to thin trees in the area. The closure includes the picnic area and the 300 feet on either side of the trail.

The order will remain in effect through the end of the year.
