Holloman AFB units to train in Utah

News Briefs

Holloman Air Force Base units are preparing Monday to be apart of a large US Air Force training exercise in Utah.

Air Force officials say two fighter wings from New Mexico will host a simulated combat exercise at the two-week long meeting at the Utah Training Range. The training will also include a weapons evaluation.

Officials say pilots will head out in waves to simulate a large-scale engagement with enemy aircraft. That training will take place next week.
