Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham will continue her talks with Facebook.

This comes as the state’s Public Regulation Commission has required the company to pay $39 million to power the data center. According to the Albuquerque Journal, Grisham and other state officials are not happy with the PRC decision, saying on Wednesday the surprise bill could have a chilling effect on the state business.

The governor says she cannot interfere but wants to ensure the company they’re working on a solution.
