Environmentalists concerned with Mexican Gray Wolf trapping

Environmentalists are raising concerns about trapping on public lands after some Mexican Gray Wolves were trapped.

Over the last two months, four of the wolves were caught in southwest New Mexico. One died, one was taken back into captivity, and the other two were released into the wild. 

Defenders of Wildlife claim fore than 40 have been caught in traps since 2002. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife have not confirmed those claims.
