Albuquerque restaurant chain settles sexual harassment lawsuit

News Briefs

An Albuquerque restaurant chain settled a lawsuit after a group of women claimed they were sexually harassed by their bosses.

In the lawsuit, workers at Ojos Locos Sports Bar received a picture of a supervisor’s penis and were required to send pictures of their cleavage when they worked there.

Ojos Locos Sports Bar denies any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $700,000 and implement new training to settle the federal suit.
