ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – As a News 13 crew was gathering video of the Walmart on Coors near I-40 where Carmen Fulcher worked, our photojournalist witnessed a shoplifter in action.
A man was seen running from the store with un-bagged items in his hand. The act was captured on video, which can be viewed on this story.
The news crew on scene gave the license plate information from his apparent get away car to Walmart security officers who confirmed there was just a theft. We also alerted APD to the crime.
A security officer drove by the get-away car just as it was leaving.
No word on what happened after our crew left.
