DURANGO, Colo. (KRQE) – There could soon be some new restaurants in Durango.
A group of partners is proposing a 10,000 to 12,000 square-foot food hall called Tap River. It would be built on Mercury Village Drive near Vantiv, overlooking the Animas River.
The two-story building would host about 10 restaurants. It still needs approval from the Planning Commission and City Council.
Construction could start in March, and the building could open by the end of 2018.
