There’s a new open-air market where people on the west side can shop.
Irving Village sits near Coors and Irving. It will host local farmers, artists and food trucks.
“We don’t have a farmer’s market on this side of Albuquerque, so we are trying to address that. We don’t have a regular place where people can sell the creative work that they do. We have a lot of craft fairs on the weekends, especially this time of year, but there’s no place in terms of an outdoor market like this,” said Alan Petit with Irving Village.
Developers say they are also offering vendors the opportunity to rent storage space in their shipping containers on-site.
They plan to be open every weekend of the year.
