NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – If you’re looking to live in the happiest state, you better pack up your things. Hawaii scored the top spot in a WalletHub ranking of 2020’s Happiest States in America. States were evaluated across 32 key metrics including statewide depression rate, divorce rates, positive COVID-19 testing rage, income growth, and more. New Mexico placed 39th but it did rank high in the community and environment category.
