NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Bandelier National Monument will temporarily close its Tsankawi unit Monday. It won’t be open again until October.
The closure comes to allow for extensive park infrastructure construction, including parking lots and roads. Parking areas around Tsankawi will be unavailable to the public as well. But the rest of Bandelier Park will remain open during the construction.
