NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The state is encouraging parents to teach their children during this time through everyday moments. The Early Childhood Education and Care Department launched the Moments Together campaign. Their website provides tips on how to make brain development activities fun during everyday activities like singing, reading, and dancing.
