Santa Fe police say a snowplow driver who hit a couple could face charges.
Police say Billy Kavanaugh was behind the wheel of the plow Friday night when he hit Joseph and Toni Fammartino, leaving them with serious injuries.
Kavanaugh says he didn’t realize he’d hit anyone.
Police say he could face careless driving charges. It’s unclear when they’ll decide whether to move forward with them.
