Santa Fe approves funding for public restrooms near plaza

New Mexico

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The city of Santa Fe is one step closer to adding public restrooms to the plaza.

Wednesday night, the city council accepted $550,000 in state funds to install new restroom facilities. Final plans are still being worked out, but preliminary plans include 20 stalls, divided into men’s and women’s rooms.

They will likely be built near the Water Street parking lot.
