Rumors are swirling online after a star of the hit-show ‘Better Call Saul’ said the show may be ending soon, but another actor on the show is backtracking.
In a recent interview with ‘Collider’ Giancarlo Esposito, who plays ‘Gus Fring,’ says he thinks the show will end after the sixth season.
“There will be six seasons. It seems like that’s the way, the comfortable way to end the show,” Esposito told Collider.
‘Breaking Bad’ franchise fans may remember, the beloved show about a chemistry teacher turned meth dealer also ended after six seasons.
“If you look at the Breaking Bad model, he said five years, five seasons. We shot that fifth season but it was really five and six,” said Esposito to Collider.
But Wednesday, actress Rhea Seehorn, who plays ‘Kim Wexler,’ is pumping the breaks. According to TV Guide, Seehorn says there have been “no concrete decisions” about when Better Call Saul will sign off.
Season five of Better Call Saul is reportedly filming in Albuquerque right now.
