RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Rio Rancho City Councilor Dan Stoddard announced Thursday that he resigning to focus on family and health-related matters. His last day in office will be May 26.
The mayor will have 60 days to appoint an interim successor to be approved by the council. Stoddard’s replacement will serve until the next election in March.
