NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The latest winter storm brought snow all across New Mexico, causing difficult driving conditions Wednesday morning across the state. According to NMRoads, central, northeastern, northwestern and down to the southeastern part of the state is seeing difficult driving conditions.
