NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The Land of Enchantment has been ranked one of the top states to go camping in. According to the travel site Adventure on the Rock, New Mexico came in third, just behind Montana and Wyoming.
Some of the factors that went into its high rating were the state’s biodiversity, the number of free campsites and hiking trails, and the weather.
