A New Mexico man is on a mission to give President Trump a cowboy hat.
Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin and the “Cowboys for Trump” group made a 173-mile trek to Washington DC last month. It quickly caught the attention of the president who called Griffin personally.
Now, Griffin wants to give the president a hat from a store in Fruitland.
President Trump has invited Griffin and the “Cowboys for Trump” group for a visit this summer.
