TORRANCE COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The state’s Attorney General Office has confirmed they are investigating a cannabis cultivation facility in Torrance County.
That facility is located north of Estancia and is being investigated for potential wage theft and human or labor trafficking.
The AG’s Office said special agents, state law enforcement, and several federal agencies are evaluating evidence to determine if any laws have been violated.
The investigation is ongoing.
