A Native American activist accused of raping a woman in Santa Fe and Seattle has been extradited.

Redwolf Pope is now behind bars at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Pope is accused of drugging then raping the woman and recording the assaults.

He claims the sex was consensual.

Pope was arrested in Phoenix in July and fought extradition back to New Mexico, but a judge ordered him returned.
