A memorial service has been announced for 18-year-old Cameron Martinez, who was murdered in a case of mistaken identity in Espanola. 

Martinez was shot and killed, and three of his friends were shot and injured along Highway 68. 

State Police have arrested 22-year-old Mark Hice, 19-year-old Anton Martinez and 17-year-old Axel Zamarron and 21-year-old Brittany Garcia. 

They say the victims have no apparent connection to the suspects. 

A memorial service has been planned for Martinez, Tuesday night at 6:30 at Espanola Valley High School.
