Man sentenced to 20 years for drunk driving crash

LAGUNA PUEBLO, N.M. (KRQE) - A Laguna Pueblo man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing someone in a drunk driving crash.

Jeffrey Antonio was found guilty of second-degree murder for the 2015 death.

He swerved, then crashed head-on into another car killing its passenger.

It happened on Sandia Pueblo land so the trial and the sentencing took place in federal court.

Blood tests showed Antonio's BAC was more than two times the legal limit.

He had been convicted of DWI twice before.
