“I’m going to die,” bus crash survivor recounts experience

New Mexico

More survivors of the crash between a semi-truck and a Greyhound bus in Thoreau, New Mexico are sharing their frightening experience.

“I took a few steps and then my legs gave out, I laid down on the side of the highway. I was pretty much on my side crying for the help,” said Tamica Monique Brumfield.

“I’m going to die. That’s what came to my mind,” said Brumfield.

An Arizona native, Brumfield says no one was screaming when the crash first happened.

She says everyone was simply in shock.
