I-40 westbound at Sedillo Hill, Tramway reopened after crashes, icy conditions

I-40 westbound from Sedillo Hill to Tramway has reopened after winter weather conditions and crashes shut down the area early Thursday morning.

BCSO has confirmed there has been at least two crashed along I-40.

One of those crashes involved a semi-truck.

Light snow is coming down in the east mountains and Tijeras has at least one inch of snow.

These conditions should be dying down later in the morning and weather will improve.

The strong gusts of wind many experienced Wednesday night will all so quiet as the morning continues.
