The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is hosting its annual Hunting and Fishing Show this weekend with some exciting new additions.
This year, the event will have new exhibits and activities including a catch and release pond with multiple prize opportunities. The event is for all ages and will be located at the State Fairgrounds.
“We want to conserve wildlife for future generation. Whether you’re a bird watcher, hiker, hunter, or angler, we have healthy wildlife. That’s our goal,” said Kevin Holladay with New Mexico Game and Fish.
Admission is free for licensed gamers and individuals 18 and under. The show’s last day is Sunday, February 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
