People in Santa Fe are now getting a better idea of how much damage last week’s storm caused.

Raging rain dropped more than three inches, ripping up sidewalks and flooding homes.

FEMA arrived Wednesday to provide damage assessment training to local teams.

The city says it has looked into more than half of the damage called in.

So far, 11 structures have been destroyed with 51 structures sustaining major damage.
