CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Clovis Animal Shelter said it is responding to an outbreak of distemper. The shelter will now vaccinate all animals when they are dropped off and thoroughly clean the facility.
Animals will also be on a 15-day quarantine before they are available for adoption.
