The charges that got a New Mexico police officer fired have been dropped.
Former Alamogordo Det. Kyle Graham was let go after he was caught on camera getting into a fight with two women at a hospital last year.
He was off-duty at the time.
He was facing battery charges, but Monday, his lawyer and the Quay County District Attorney signed an agreement dismissing those charges as long as Graham meets certain conditions.
KRQE News 13 tried to find out what those conditions are, but Graham’s attorney declined to comment or provide a copy of the agreement.
A third-party attorney is set to decide next month whether Graham gets his job back.
