BernCo County Commissioners approve incentive packages bringing nearly 200 jobs to area

Two big companies will now see new growth thanks to Bernalillo County Commissioners.

According to The Albuquerque Journal, the board approved $80 million for food distributor Ben E. Keith and another $800,000 in LEDA funds for data science company Resilient Solutions 21.

The Ben E. Keith expansion will bring 93 jobs to Albuquerque with 13 of them being administration and sales jobs. The remainder of the positions will be for warehouse and delivery jobs.

Ben E. Keith will expand to a new building near Unser and I-40 while Resilient Solutions 21 will use the funds to renovate the Occidental Life building downtown.

Resilient Solutions 21 plans to hire 80 new workers at their downtown location. 

It hopes to hire various individuals in the technology field including data scientists and developers.
