New Mexico medical marijuana program could see revisions


SANTA FE, NM (KRQE) – The full senate will discuss extensive revisions to New Mexico’s medical marijuana program. The revision would automatically allow all veterans to qualify as patients.

The senate judiciary committee endorsed the proposed legislation Wednesday, despite some objections

In addition, state registry cards for approved patients would require renewal every three years instead of annually.

Representative Cisco McSorley of Albuquerque is sponsoring the bill.
