ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas is joining an effort to keep net neutrality rules in place.

It barred companies from interfering with internet traffic. The lawsuit including 22 attorney generals claims the end of net neutrality rules would hurt consumers and businesses.

Tech companies and public interest groups are also expected to file suit or help with litigation against the repeal.
