A man who works at a Washington gas station is on life support after the people that saw him suffer a medical emergency allegedly stole from him.
Cameras show what appears to be one of the boys stealing jerky.
Police say the cashier walked around the register to confront the boys when an unexpected medical problem made him collapse.
Instead of helping the man, one of the boys is allegedly seen taking cash from the clerk’s hand and running out the door.
Police say they then came back again and again, leaving the clerk to die.
“Not only just watching, they stepped over him literally stepped over him as he was on the ground in agony,” said manager Angela Sharapova.
Police say the accused thieves made off with $180 and 10 packs of cigarettes.
Two of them could be minors.
