New video shows the moments a California dad steps in when he sees a man allegedly trying to point a camera up his daughter’s skirt, and it’s not the only time it happened.
“What caught my attention, when he got close to my daughter it was in the camera mode,” said Ismael Duarte.
While at a Target, Duarte noticed the man, later identified as Jorge Ibarra, hold a phone toward his daughter’s skirt.
He says he blocked him from getting close to her but minutes later, Duarte sees the man bending down and allegedly recording video up another woman’s skirt.
Video shows Duarte kick the cell phone away. Ibarra tries to grab it, but Duarte manages to push him away.
Duarte took pictures of the man as he ran out and of his license plate.
Police later arrested Ibarra and say video shows him doing the same at other Target stores.
