The trial for the Colorado father accused of killing his 13-year-old son has been delayed.
Dylan Redwine disappeared in 2012 during a court-ordered visit with his father Mark near Vallecito.
His remains were found seven months later.
Redwine was supposed to go to trial for second-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death in February.
However, a judge recently heard a series of motions to suppress evidence and relocate his trial.
It could take weeks to decide on the motions which will push Redwine’s trial back.
