Whether it’s eating healthier, going to the gym more often or any other New Year’s Resolution, a study shows most people will abandon their goals in less than two weeks.

Strava, the social network for athletes, analyzed more than 31.5 million online activities and discovered January 12 is when most people bail out on their resolutions.

On top of that, only eight percent of people will actually end up achieving their goals according to a study by the University of Scranton.
