Study: Sleeping in on the weekend might be good for you

A new study shows that sleeping in on the weekend could extend your life. 

Stress scientists in Sweden studied people’s sleeping habits over 13 years.

Their research shows people who slept for five hours or less on weeknights, did not live as long as those who consistently slept seven hours a night.

However, researchers say people who caught up on sleep by snoozing on the weekends, live just as long.
