A new trailer for Disney’s upcoming live-action version of “Aladdin” debuted during the Grammys.

The movie is Disney’s latest live-action remake of blockbuster animated movies from the 1990s. Actor Will Smith is also slated to play the role that Robin Williams made iconic.

Actor Mena Massoud will play Aladdin and Naomi Scott will play Jasmine. The movie directed by famed director Guy Ritchie.

The 1992 movie came after “The Little Mermaid” (1989) and “Beauty and the Beast” (1991) and before “The Lion King” in 1994. “Beauty and the Beast” already has its live-action remake starring Emma Watson.

“Aladdin” will hit theaters nationwide May 24. There are also two other Disney live-action movies that will be released this year. “Dumbo” will be in theaters March 29 and “The Lion King” will be in theaters July 19.
