National Hispanic Cultural Center to reopen since fire

The National Hispanic Cultural Center will soon reopen. The center was closed for repairs after a fire broke out.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, repairs went as planned and the center is ready to open for performances.The repairs included new paint, wallpaper and carpet.

Investigators say a security guard and his friend are responsible for the fire and sprinkler-system flood. The fire caused more than a half-million dollars in damage.
