Motion hearing expected for mother accused in child prostitution case

One of the two parents accused of prostituting their daughter is scheduled to be in court Monday.

Police arrested Teri Sanchez and James Stewart in May of last year. They say they found signs of abuse and evidence that Stewart had the girl performing sex acts in exchange for drugs.

Sanchez is scheduled to be in court for a motion hearing Monday morning.
