Village of Los Ranchos to host annual Easter egg hunt

Mornings

Easter weekend is upon us, which means thousands of kids across the country will be getting their Easter egg baskets out for the traditional Easter egg hunts.

The Village of Los Ranchos will host their annual Easter Egg Hunt for children under 12 at Hartnett Park located at 6718 Rio Grande Blvd NW. The Egg Hunt will begin promptly on Saturday, at 10:00 A.M., so families may want to get there early.

The free event is for children up to 12-years-old and will be divided up into age groups. Groups will be ages 0 to three-years-old, ages four to seven, and finally agest eight to 11.

Kids must bring their own Easter baskets as they search for plastic eggs stuffed with candy. Special golden eggs will be hidden as well. Children who turn them in will receive a special Easter basket after the hunt.
