‘Take a Ride on Us’ program helps keep residents safe

Hundreds of people will be out celebrating the Cinco de Mayo weekend; which means the drinks will more than likely be flowing.

If you’re going to be drinking, the city has your back with the “Take a Ride on Us” program, offering Albuquerque residents a safe and responsible way to get home.

Through this partnership with Uber, Cumulus Broadcasting, New Mexico Department of Transportation ENDWI, Admiral Beverage, National Distributing, Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits and Premier Distributing to continue the fight against drunk driving.

With this public-private partnership, it’s easier than ever to avoid driving under the influence.
