Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico has been serving New Mexico’s hungry since 1980 thanks to a vision by founder Reverend Titus Scholl.
Reverend Scholl started the organization by distributing food to the hungry out of the trunk of a car.
However, one thing that hasn’t changed in their 35-year history is their service to the hungry people in New Mexico.
Now, Roadrunner Food Bank and their partners are leaders in creating solutions to end hunger in New Mexico.
Saturday, January 26, they are inviting everyone to join them in participating in the 2019 Souper Bowl.
The annual soup and dessert event brings guests into their warehouse to enjoy the wonderful creations from up to 40 local restaurants.
Guests of Souper Bowl will be able to sample soup and dessert, vote for People’s Choice winners, and have a chance to win raffle prizes like two roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines.
There will also be live music at the event.
Live music will entertain guests throughout the event too.
